Perfect for cell phone

Good product in conjunction with others
1 of 1 found this helpful It is what I expected. The GABA along with Theanine and 5-HTP helps with stress relief and improves sleep for me. In looking at the ingredients for commercial products, these were usually listed. It was a better value to purchase the items comprising the commercial products as singular items and take in the appropriate dosage. It works for me. A side benefit is it seems to bring down my blood pressure.
