Assembling the quad boss roof

Once roof was on I felt it will probably be a good product. The biggest problem was fitting the roof halves into the rubber gakets provided. It was very difficult. Once the roof wAs fitted into the gaskets 3 braces had to be attached it’s bolts and washers. The side braces were easy but the one in the middle could not be completed by one person as the span was such one person couldn’t put the bolts in and then tighten them. Had to wait to get help from my son. Once the braces were on it could be lifted and put on top of the Polaris. The fit was good. Putting on the rest of the clamps to secure it was easy. Oh one more issue,the bag of washers didnot contain enough 11/4 inch fender washers.it was missing approx 12. And then one more issue regarding the one inch x two inch spacers to clamp down the center of the roof. On my Polaris I needed two more 1/2 inch spacers to do the job. So there for the 2 inch bolt provided weren’t Long enough. To get it put together required two trips to Home Depot for washers and then 2 three inch bolts for the center. Once the roof was secured it appears it’s going to be pretty good.
