Cool Tool
That cutting blade won't cut staples (smaller than nails) so there's that, but I have fence pliers (another great tool). I'm removing old vinyl windows and this is a cutting chisel and that's what I needed. Saving $2000 on the job diy so there's that. Makes this seem real reasonable (I paid $25 make offer price) Cuts wood and plastic great and will do a good job with the clean up for the hole prep.

Better than pole saw for high limbs
I tied 50 feet of rope to each end and I use it to cut high limb a pole saw can't reach. There is some learning curve; but who ever picked up a tool and used it perfectly the first time? Not me. I'm clearing out some limbs to give my home a better view, works good for this.
