Bertelin Pressure Cooker
9 of 9 found this helpful I wanted to try electric pressure cooking and I came across this as a good entry level electric pressure cooker in review i read online and I'm so glad I purchased it. Ok, so the instructions are awful but there is plenty of information online about how to use electric pressure cookers if you're happy to spend the time reading and working it out yourself to save a few pounds. I've been using slimming world recipes designed for the instant pot and they have turned out great. I've had it just over a week and used it nearly everyday. I've purchased a silicone steamer basket and 7" springform tin to use in it (on the trivet) I've made quiche, lasagna, (finshed off under the grill for 5mins) curry and quinoa to name a few. Looking forward to making soup. The front screen sticker is a little loose but for <£40 I'm not gonna complain! Great sized bowl and feels sturdy. I would recommend this to someone who is familiar with electric pressure cooking or a Newby willing to learn!
