the bible/history book of lord od the rings
1 of 1 found this helpful if you loved Lord of the Rings then you have to read this book. The Silmarillion is THE BOOK. this book is filled with how it all started. The stories are beautiful and makes the world that is Middle Earth come alive.

All the answers told by the greatest story teller. The stories/histories are full of valor,bravery,beauty. as well as betrayal,evil deeds,and heartbreak. I've read this book several times. I will read it again. this is Tolikens greatest work.

don't waste the time it takes to see the movie
maybe in 1975 this movie would have been a real scandaless flick but in 2009 it is just plain BAD. very stupid and poorly written.

is what it is
I am a tolkien fanaddict for over 20 years and I did enjoy this video. it was informative and entertaning enough that I will watch it again over the years, as I love all things LOTR
