10 yrs worked hard at keeping my feedback at 100% and just recently in dec of 2017 i had a guy who left some B.S feedback seems ebay is all about protecting the buyer more then a seller. the guy wanted a refund and also wanted to keep the train WTF?

excellent product been a chef for 25 years and this is amazing can be used in soups and sauces and stews to help richen the flavor best recommendation is to add a 1/2 cup of puree can pears and mix into a sauce pan with the mix and water until thickens and its a wonderful pear demis sauce over filet another i use this sauce is to do a black and white steak filet use this sauce for half and then use a gorganzola cheese and heavy cream for the white side and pur them at same time to create a single line down the middle hence 1 side white and 1 side black excellent product
