Titratable dose and good combination for sleep.
I like it for two reasons: 1. It supplies a much lower dose of valerian (100 mg per capsule I think??). This is good for me because the high dose capsules can really kick my butt...so lower dose allows me to titrate up to an ideal dose for me. 2. The hops and chamomile are relaxing, but probably better at keeping you asleep than putting you to sleep...but a good combination overall.
