  Perfect. Excellent quality brand new bed, well packaged. Fantastic value for money and my teenage son has said it feels really comfortable. It looks as good as the pictures suggest, if not better. The delivery arrived 26 hours after I placed the order. Fantastic comms and likewise with the delivery company. Plenty of updates, 3hr delivery slot and a phone call 45mins prior to the delivery.

  Bed is lovely for the money and as described. We did have a issue with the delivery as the courier informed us that they only had part of the bed due to supplier stock. I refused to take delivery of only part bed and seller advised this wasn't true and the courier had lost part of the bed which courier denied. All resolved within a couple of days. Rosie communicated well and courier guys were helpful in lifting bed upstairs for me. I would use the seller again.

  I can’t recommend this seller enough. The service they have provided has been amazing. I changed the order 3 times and they were happy to help each time, nothing was too much trouble. They reply quickly and the bed was delivered within 48 hours from a great delivery team who kept me informed of when they were coming. The bed is great, lovely quality and a really good price. So impressed with the product and the service.

  On day of delivery the wrong base was delivered i told the driver this but he said it was the right one. I stupidly thought it was the packaging. I was wrong the base was grey and the headboard white. I ordered white.. Now this was rectified quite quickly however i think that they need to be aware that people work i had already taken a day off work for the delivery so maybe they could just be mindful of this apart from that the bed is good value for money
