Great workout shoes!
I am typically buying either a wide or extra wide in shoes. Those options aren’t available in the Metcons, so I decided to size up from a 13 to a 14. Good call. The shoes fit great and they are great for squats and deadlifts.

Great glove for the price
This is a solid glove. It’s obviously not on the same level as your $200-300 gloves but for this price point you can’t beat it.
