great for the joints of my dog
this item was for a friend whose dog had difficulties in its back legs, before she received these tablets, (which I recommended to her), the lady says that it has in fact eased the pain and the dog is now able to get up on the settee without help, so my personal opinion is they are better than described because I had the same result with my own dog

great product for loosing and stop gaining weight
this is an amazing product, I have used it for over 3years and I have had little weight loss (8lbs), it keeps from putting weight on, as I am partially disabled with mobility problems, keeping my weight down is an absolute must, try it
