One disappointment was that the phone does not come with the same default and simple to use apps and widgets that I hoped would still be there.. One has to search and download apps that now often have ads. This is annoying and time consuming. There is a different look to the camera and how it operates that also takes some getting used to. the The charger cover also does not always close resulting in warnings. Other than that, it is crisp and cool as Galaxy's generally are
