Kitchen Aid < Breville
I really wanted this oven to work out. After years of dealing with Breville and their inability to make a convection fan that lasts longer than 10-14 months (in my experience, anyway), I thought I would give KA a try thinking the quality would be better. First oven arrived, plugged it in...fan sounded like creeping death. Sent it back. New one arrived and seemed to work great...however, we learned pretty quick that the Breville cooked 25-40% faster. 26-27 minutes vs 40-42 is significant enough of a difference to switch back to Breville...which we did.
Yes, the KA oven is easy to use
Yes it's well-designed
Not sure if it's easy to clean...but it's certainly easy to repackage and send back
