    Item arrived broken. Asked the seller what they wanted to do and they said for me to file a claim with USPS. I don’t think it’s fair to further burden me with this hassle after such a poor packaging job by the seller I think I deserve a full refund and it’s their responsibility to follow through with the mail carrier. Very unhappy with this experience. I’ve ordered over a dozen couroc trays and they don’t break in mail when packaged well.
