Simple and Effective
Easy to assemble but you'll need longer, sturdier screws than what is supplied. We used decking screws and threw this together in less than 5 minutes. We are using it indoors so we don't have to constantly haul in a supply of wood. This size holds enough to tide us over for about 3 weeks as we only use the stove in the evenings. It will be easy to take apart and store in the summer freeing up the floor space again.

Pleasantly Surprised
We broke down and purchased this skimmer after it finally went on sale last year. I was skeptical that it would make much of a difference but was pleasantly surprised when it caught just about everything that hit the water. We were able to cut out about 75% of our need to vacuum the floor of the pool. It made keeping our water clean and clear a lot easier than in previous years.

VERY Lightweight
These pots look great but they are VERY thin and lightweight. They are so light weight that the handle gets just as hot as the bottom of the pot. They will suit us for disposable cookware at a rental property we are renovating when we need to stay overnight to finish a project but I will definitely not be leaving them behind for future renters to use. If you don't know to use an oven mitt to touch the handle you WILL get burned. These are a good value for temporary situations but I definitely wouldn't recommend them for long term use in your home. Aside from the heat issue they are not true stainless thru and thru and the manufacturer advises against cleaning with anything other than plastic scrub pads. Use steel wool on these and you've eat through the thin coating and damaged the pot.
