These batteries are "old" (not new) and dead of any charge, not able to charge them!

Made contact with seller and would not replace them..said just recharge them 24 hours..did not work..I refuse to pay for something that does not work..!!!! have deducted cost from my billing... Even took them to Verizon and they said the cells are dead and will not charge......
