More than just Paleo

I got this for the cookbook portion and after looking it over I think it's a great book. It's more than just the cookbook. All the information teaches why and why not. Also I love how it's laid out and organized. The different types of people who might also need to use it, how it helps them, meal plans for each struggle such as autoimmune, thyroid, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, heart health, cancer recovery, fat loss and more. The only thing that would make it the best book ever would be a chef to cook all these delicious recipes. FYI - I was worried that it would be filled with nothing but weird recipes needing special ingredients and so bland that the kids wouldn't eat it but it's not. It's just normal food laid out in a way to keep you on track, healthy and satisfied.

These run small

I purchase things from Lane Bryant all the time, thought this brand Delta Burke would be about the same but they do run small !! It would be nice if there was a note in listing that they run small.

It doesn't work

Smells fine but doesn't work. I tried it without my husband knowing what I was doing. I tried a little, no results, I tried a little more, nothing, I tried allot and still nothing after wearing it every day for two weeks. It just doesn't work.
