Does Not Shave Close

The PRO FX3 that I received really does not seem to shave very close at all. I purchased specifically for my face, but should I still need to use a damn razor after using this? No! I just spent time going over and over my face and neck - cleaning every couple of minutes - but it just does not shave close enough. When finished, there are still hairs all over. It was only 2 days since last shaving. I do not recommend it.
