  This seller did not ship the item or respond to messages for almost 2 weeks. When I filed a complaint, I finally got an apologetic response saying that the seller had forgotten to put the account on vacation mode during a medical issue. Seller offered a refund or putting the item in the mail that same day. I responded that I would still take the item, but after a week and more unanswered messages, nothing. At best, this seller is unreliable.
