Great hardware inferior software

Camera quality is excellent, dvr a little nosiy, software for local network okay, software for remote access is horrible. Tried for 6 hours working with their technical support over the phone and never was able to access remotely . Returned product bought a competitor's product and it worked remotely without contacting technical support.
