Workbench.

The work bench is quite good but is definitely not heavy duty as described in the advert. It is only light to medium duty and the wooden surfaces are only 7mm thick MDF. Therefore there is not much strength in them. The legs and surface supports are very thin metal but once they are all locked in place the assembly is fairly rigid. Overall the bench looks good but can only be used as a lightweight work surface. I'm considering replacing the 7mm MDF with 18mm MDF and fitting braces to the support legs to improve its strength .

Hose clamps

I found that the jaws of the clamps are too narrow to completely close off a hose. I use them on 19mm bore rubber hose and they do not stop the flow. The flow is only gravity fed. The jaws do not stay parallel when closing therefore they cannot close on the desired hose properly. The design needs a little modification.
