Will not except a charge

I bought two batteries first one I put in did not charge I have two chargers it would not except a charge the second one I left in for two days seem to charge put it in the Camera my Camera has a diagnostic for the battery it said it was OK I haven't used the Camera enough to charge the battery and try again have to send the other one back
