Still one of the best Cookbooks on the market today
If only 5 cookbooks could be in my home, this would be one of them. The directions are simple, easy to read, easy to follow and very clearly defined as to what the dish should be like in the finished product. My first cookbook was the "Big Red" 1969 edition and I still use it to this day. I am proud and happy to say that the Bridal Edition follows the same pattern and path with the current editiors putting everything out there for the cook to see before the reciepe is begun. Whether you are a beginner or a very experienced cook, I would advise buying, borrowing, rounding up a copy of this cookbook. Do NOT wait another minute. Go Get One NOW !!!

Excellent Overview
An excellent overiew of the myths and legends of Japan. As a historian and a literature professor, I recommend this to anyone wanting to know more about the basic myths and legends of Japan . This is a start and you will not he be disappointed!
