Woo Hoo! It worked and saved me a lot of money.

I was skeptical of this product as it was cheaper than some. As I looked up clock springs online I found that many included the signal switches and others did not. I didn't know that the steer angle sensor was a separate item and it was included with many of the "clock sensors". I ordered this product knowing that the signal arms were not included but did not know that the steer angle sensor was not. But it was fine as I did not need the steer angle sensor. I am pleased that I was able to pay only for what I needed, The actual "clock spring". There were no installation instructions, but I was able to find videos online to show me what to do. The installation was not difficult and I was able to remove and reinstall the steer angle sensor and signal arms from the existing unit and install on this clock sensor with no problems. It worked like a champ and restored the functioning of the left side switches like the phone bluetooth that was the main reason for the change. I am very happy and would highly recommend this clock spring. It fit perfectly and it now WORKS

damaged in shipping

Hard to evaluate as it was damaged in shipping. The box was crushed on one end and the long small piece of the board was broken. I was able to get it to kind of work, but not fully.
