I purchased this hat on August 30th and wasn’t sent out the next day or the day after. I contacted the seller and asked when would they ship it out. They reply they would on Sept. 11th. They didn’t even message me to let me know which was very unprofessional. Then when my package arrived it wasn’t boxed up it was in a poly bag. Poor packaging and careless to say the least. One of the worst buying experiences using this platform
