Not good if you have sensitive eyes
2 of 2 found this helpful I should have tried a sample before committing to buying a full size. I have very sensitive eyes and this made my eyes puffy and burn. Also, I developed a rash under my eyes so please try a sample first.

Burts Bees Rosewater Toner Rocks!!
I have extremely sensitive skin and
rosacea. I love this toner. It does have a faint rose smell but not too heavy and it also has witch hazel in it. It has never irritated me and I get reactive to most things with scent or chemicals. I can't use any other of Burts Bees facial care, as it bothers me or breaks me out, but this toner is lovely.
