Description did not indicate issues wrong with it

Received the radio and initially it looked fine. Upon installation, I noticed that the tabs that bolt the radio into the dash were broken off. After some modifications to the dash to make it work and still look good, I proceeded to try out all of the features and found the cd player doesn't work and apparently has a CD still stuck in the unit! Not too concerned about the cd player issue, as I don't really have any reason to use it, but I am disappointed that I didn't know that up front.
