Time will tell for the price seems to be a good deal
My old unit had a cooling fan built in and lasted 8 years. I ran the amp to 51% at home at a frequency of between 3to6times a month. The microphone volume was set at around 65% to prevent feedback. The new unit needs the microphone set to 100% And barely keeps up. One has to strain The Voice at 51% volume to be heard over the music. I realize this volume level is Way Beyond anyone who lives in anything but a single family home but if I buy 1,500 W I want to be able to use it. So far this is my only negative but why no cooling fan? Will it last as long as my older unit with my conservative usage? I also do not notice much difference between the 1,000 W unit and the 1500 W unit. Critical thinking says it's not 1500Wor 750W per Channel
