On the fence
3 of 5 found this helpful The product says new but opened to check for parts but there's a piece that doesn't work. It uses a micro USB to charge an adapter but the socket wiggles and said piece doesn't charge. Also no instructions were in it so if feels like somebody returned this and it was resold. The headset does work but not to its full potential so I'm "on the fence."
