My best friend!
I now have three Harmony 550remotes.Everyone's needs and preferences are different when it comes to remotes but this one is as close to perfect for me as I think is possible.I have a DVR,TV,AV receiver,BLURAY,CD jukebox and ROKU.No one remote from these units would control all of them.The Harmony 550 not only has COMPLETELY replaced all six remotes with ease but is capable of running up to nine other units (even lighting, etc.). Logitech customer service has been very quick and professional with the handling of my questions, which makes the on-line set up experience much easier for a non-geek like me.

Arrived quickly, works as advertised. I have another one of these without fractional display and both of them are recommended.

I received the item early, Thank you. All of the pieces and cords necessary to complete an easy install were there. The unit looks and functions like new (saved many $) and I couldn't be happier! Need I say more? Thanks again.
