Buy the whole suit, not just the tankini, there is no support for tummy.
This is a magic suit/miracle suit but there is nothing special about this to pay the high cost. There is nothing that holds in the stomach because it is only the top. I love my actual “Miracle Suits” because they hold in your tummy. I don’t know why I thought this would be helpful at all. There is no support on the tummy.

Did not do one thing for my feet.
All directions were in Chinese or Japanese so I could just follow the pictures. Did not have any skin peel off at all and I tried them three times. My heals didn't even get soft. I'm telling you it did not work at all! Terrible product, totally fake! She just added English directions on her website.
