OEM Quality
I had to install this on a Tiguan. The quality of the parts is excellent and INA is the OEM manufacturer for VW so your getting original parts. Don't buy from the VW dealer for double the cost.
To loosen the rear end bolt, it requires a 5mm Allen key or Hexagon bit. I didn't replace the small plastic cylinder in the kit because it isn't worth the effort.
I do recommend this.

High Quality compared to Metal Alternatives
This is a much higher quality than you think. I have Rotring Rapid PRO 2.0 and the quality is definitely on par aside from the weight difference.
This light weight is nice for travel in a pocket and the grip knurling is more rough than the Rotring.
Also I can buy 6 Mitsubishi's for the price on 1 Rapid Pro!
