Plucking made easier.
This really helped with processing chickens. Of course you will benefit from building a stationary unit to do this one handed, because holding a drill and controlling the speed wood be a nightmare otherwise. I used an old drill, dimmer switch, old light socket, wiring and plywood scrap to enclose it all. Just remember to fasten this to a table or flat surface, and position tarp to catch and dispose of the feathers.
