Great Vitamins
I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 years. I think they may have extra biotin in them because they do aid in keeping my skin clear and growing my hair. I am normally sensitive to diet pills and thermogenics so these help give me a small boost. I can tell a noticeable difference when I don't take them. I think these curb ny morning appetite while giving me a little energy. I don't get dry mouth or the shakes but they do work. I have taken the women's gnc multi vitamin and the vitamin shoppe brand these by far are the best. I bought a year's supply to ensure I don't run out. They're coated and fairly easy to swallow. They're the size of regular strength exedrine and tylenol (white) tablets.

exact same book.
I saved over $200.00 ordering this book it is the exact same word from word page from page. Im unsure if u cand get this with the bonus cd but overall i saved a lot of money bc the campus bookstore book was 200 more and it wasnt even new.
