DISNEY'S LILO & STITCH PINBALL (JEWEL CASE) (PC)

Lightweight Pinball Game That's Still Fun
I've rated this game based on its targeted audience. If you are ancient (like me), then you might want to remove one of the stars from my rating of 4 out of 5. An experienced pinball player may find this game too simple. This game was obviously meant for someone younger than I am, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. There is only one table, but it includes a mini-playfield that comes up when key goals are met, at which time you will be prompted to shoot the ball up the Left Ramp. Shoot up the Right Ramp when prompted for a chance to win a Free Ball. There are three difficulty settings. Kids. Adults. Wizards. Each has it's own High Score board. Click on "Play Pinball" to call up the difficulty settings. The Kids setting is the easiest of course. Adults is much more challenging. If you are a good player expect your best score in Adults to be about half of your best Kids score. Wizards is approx. twice as difficult as Adults. I played a minimum of two games per difficulty setting. Entering in your initials on your scores is easy. When the game ends type your initials in using the keyboard when prompted to do so. Then hit the Return key. It's that easy. You'll then be asked if you want to post your High Score online. When I tried the game was unable to find the server, so you will have to be content with your High Scores being saved on your hard drive within the game (Local Scores). There are three resolution settings, but even selecting the highest setting posed no problems. The game runs fine with no lag or slowdown. Once the game is installed you will not need the CD-ROM again, unless you wish to read the rules and tips. They are on the CD-ROM in a file labeled eCatelog. The case indicates that the game is compatible with Windows 98/Me and XP. I have the 64-bit version of Windows 10 Home though, yet still had no real issues. A Script error came up and I was asked if I wanted to keep the same Script setting. Clicking No is your answer if it happens to you as the game loads quickly and runs flawlessly after doing so. A Nice Game Of Video Pinball
This is a fun pinball game. There's no scrolling in-game to follow the ball, because the entire table fits the screen at once. The game starts off with a cut-scene featuring Randall. At times Randall will speak to you, and you can also hear Roz on occasion. She's always watching. Anywho, there are two difficulty settings. They are "Scary" (5 Balls) and "Horrifying" (3 Balls). Either 1 or 2 players can be selected. There are several sets of flippers in various areas of the playfield in addition to the two at center/bottom.There are several bumpers and there are three rollover lanes at the top of the playfield but I've never seen the rollovers light up or anything, so I don't know the purpose that they serve. There is a cannon between the bottom flippers (out of sight) that occasionally captures the ball. Several doors pop up from beneath the playfield. Aim for them. Shoot by hitting either Enter or Return. If you hit one you achieve a goal and points. There is a High Score board, but you can't enter your initials unless you beat Randall, and he has the top score. This is one of a series of games themed around "Monsters, Inc." You could download (maybe you still can) a base game called "Wreck Game Arcade," which you would then install this game into. But it plays fine by itself. The game is compatible (according to the sleeve) with Windows 95/98/Me/XP. l have it installed on a system using Windows 10 (the 64-bit version). So it is compatible with that as well. It is also compatible with MacIntosh OS Systems 8.6 through 10x.
