  Seller sold me FAKE AirPods Pro. AirPods Pro not working, no noise canceling, very poor sound quality on phone calls, called Apple Support, who made me 4:40pm appointment today at Apple Store to fix. Apple Store Genius Bar reps showed me that the AirPods Pro that Seller stated in his listing was a new, genuine Apple product, are in fact NOT A GENUINE Apple product. 100% FAKE. Seller's listing states new genuine Apple product. I paid for a genuine Apple Product. I never received it from Seller.
