Everything worked right out of the box. It's even ready for and works great on Windows 10.

All I did was plug in the provided mouse and keyboard, my monitors (it handles 2 at a time), and and provided power cord to the wall socket, and it worked right out of the box after installing Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, which is a good operating system. Next day Microsoft sent notice I could get Windows 10 for free so I clicked the icon and followed the directions. It runs Windows 10 Professional 64-bit now just fine, with no missing drivers, so even though it's used it's also new enough to be 100% compatible with Windows 10. Superb value, with excellent hardware and software for the money.

Worked right out of the box. Very good quality images.

I use this monitor on multiple PCs - only 1 at a time of course. With multiple cable plugs in the back - VGA, DCI, and Display Port - I have a PC plugged into VGA and another plugged into DCI. Whichever PC is powered up gets to use the monitor through its cable. Nice the way this monitor handles that, so I don't have to disconnect and reconnect cables when I go from a PC to the other PC. Nice 1920x1200 lets me see a lot on the screen. Very good monitor.
