Garmin 550 GPS
1 of 1 found this helpful The following are some of points of interests i like about thye Zumo 550:
a. Unit is very friendly and easy to use;
b. Accurate and very concise for use on my motorcycle;
c. Great interface with "blue tooth" phone capability;
c. XM radio is a great additional add-on feature:
d. SD memory card is great for MP3 music, pictures, etc.;
e. Great viewing during bright sunlight; and
f. Several useful features built into this unit.
The following are some things that I dislike:
a. Dislike the fact that XM was not included with a unit this pricey;
b. Unit will not accept HC memory cards which has a larger capacity than the HD memory cards;
c. I would like to see the viewing screen at least 5-6 inches versus 3 inches;
d. Since this unit is mainly for use on a motorcycle - I would like to see radar detector built into the unit or be able to purchase as an additional add-on.
Except for the price, the unit is great unit for motorcycle use.
