Tough and very effective
These things are tough, easy to install, and work great on the ice. I put them on ATV tires that I use for ice fishing on a frozen lake. There has been little snow this year, so the lake is sheer ice. Driving with these studs is a night and day difference. I even put a couple on my boots.
They are hardened, and will hold up to some pavement riding, but will wear and rust in time. I expect to get _at least_ a season of use on the atv, probably more, but I only drive on the lake, then on my unpaved property. If you drive on roads, I would expect having to replace them more often. They are cheap and easy enough to replace when necessary.

My favorite piece of glass ever
I could not be happier with this little piece of glass. The adhesive perfectly affixes the glass to my nexus phone. Brilliant!
