Rogue LX200BL Left-Handed Series III Electric Bass Guitar Metallic Blue

A great beginner bass at a great price.

This is the first bass I've ever purchased, I've only played (6 stringed) guitar in the past. This bass is an excellent value for money -- it has a great look, and the sound is very good given the price point. The only issue I've experienced is that Rocksmith told me the volume on the instrument is quite low; however, this does not seem to prevent it from hearing the instrument, or being able to tune it correctly. Overall, if you're looking to get into bass for the first time, or moving over from guitar, but are not sure you want to drop $500-$1000 on a bass up front, I would certainly recommend this model. I'm very happy with it, and will likely hold onto it for quite some time before trading up.
