Excellent hood for the money
This hood fits my Olympus lens perfectly and gets the job done, for a fraction of the cost of the OEM hood. The quality is quite good--probably equal to the Olympus--and the price is excellent. The hood is reversible and it helps make the modest 40-150 look more "substantial" when attached.
The only knock is that like most items from China on eBay, it seems to come on the slow boat, taking nearly a month to reach me. So don't order it just before you leave on a trip.

Rather expensive for what you get, but absolutely indispensable nevertheless
This hand grip corrects a major design flaw of the GX-85: too small of a grip. It's kind of unfortunate that I have to spend another 20% of the price of the camera for this thing.
The grip attaches easily to the camera, and it's possible to attach/remove it using only your fingers (other reviews says it's not possible, but there are small knurls on the knob where you can get a grip). The construction is all plastic, but feels sturdy. The surface of the grip is helpfully the same material and pattern as the camera's.
The only remaining slight drawback is that the "hump" on the back of the camera where your thumb goes is not that large and it's tricky parking your thumb there with the DMW-HGR2 attached without nudging another button. But that's not the hand grip's problem.
