Excellent, professional headset for most uses
4 of 4 found this helpful It's Plantronics so it's professional quality audio and interface. It works exactly as advertised. The main limitation, for a few of us who sit on support calls for hours at a time is the effective limit of 3 to 4 hours of continuous use. None of the 3 sizes of ear pieces fit my particular ear well so there is more background noise and less effective volume than I would like, but this will vary from person to person. If I push the earpiece in and hold it, volume and clarity are excellent even in noisy environments. With the previous model that I had, I could connect the micro USB cable and charge it while using it in extreme cases. This new model has external contacts that won't wear out like a USB port, better for most purposes, but preventing charging while on a call.
