Good but not great.
Great classic Cap representation, but the sloppy shoulders straps made it a bummer to pose. Figure gets bonus points for the corny EXTreeeeme 90's werewolf head, which makes me like this figure more than I should (however, the later Captain America Vintage release with its upgrades makes this edition nearly obsolete. Still, for what it was, it's quite enjoyable, wolf-head gimmick and all.
