I contacted the seller and they replied in less than 24 hours. Originally, when I purchased, the wrong shipping address was included, I reached out to the seller, asking to have the purchase canceled, and received an immediate resolve… Re-purchased the phone, included the correct shipping address, and the item ship in less than one hour.
