  Awful. Ordered an item, 5 days later receive feedback saying "sorry I broke it on the way to send off.". This, despite having marked my order as dispatched and never communicating any such detail. I message the seller, tell me that they've issued a refund. No refund issued. Contact seller again, told I will have to wait ebay's 90 day period of an item failing to arrived. Won't issue the refund. Disgrace of a seller. Only resolved after escalated with ebay.
