This is a good economical alternative to some newer GPUs.
When not rating the actual performance of the GPU, the XFX Radeon HD 6870 performs remarkably stably, and has no problems under immense load. When in comparison to some competing NVIDIA GPUs, this AMD card stands strong.

Not Remotely Similar to US Edition
1 of 2 found this helpful Don't buy this if you're a college student looking for a cheap physics book, unfortunately, the book isn't closely similar and can't be used for many practice problems professors assign.
If you're an Indian college student looking for a book, I'm sure this would serve fine.

Very Similar to US Edition
This international textbook is extremely similar, such that all the pages align perfectly, just add 14 to the page number you're looking for an you'll get to the page. The reason for this is that the publisher decided to number the preface, whereas in the US edition the preface is number with roman numerals.
I would strongly recommend this book for a college student looking for a cheap alternative to the murderous prices of US academia.
