We are a family-owned business with our customers in the fore front. We are very honest and loyal to all our customers, and we do make every effort to make sure the products are as listed. We've been in business since 2007, started with a brick-and-mortar store, but found that a physical location was very costly, and we gradually moved to e-Commerce/on-line sales in 2016.

    The printer arrived faster than expected, and was well packaged. For the seller using stock photos, the printer I received looked brand new. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it. Great price for lightly used product. I'd highly recomend purchasing from this seller. Their communications were spot on, leaving the customer feeling assured in the transaction.

    The item arrived in great packaging. Unfortunately the machine did not function properly. I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Great customer service! I gave the item a five star as it was listed used and came exactly as described. Thanks again.

    Seller was very, VERY helpful. Very responsive to messages, and very accommodating. Price for the P1S Combo honestly is GREAT! Machine was packaged VERY well. My only small gripe is, the machine did arrive pretty dirty inside...But after a good cleaning, Factory Reset, calibration and some test prints, the machine seems to work great! Overall very happy with the whole transaction!
