Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller - White

Item arrived faulty

I was very pleased that my item arrived earlier than expected but the controller is faulty. I cannot use a mic with it and I know that is not the mic because i tested this on my other controller. All buttons work fine, I did everything for it to get the headset to work with the controller that is required and more and it does not work, very disappointed.
