Very little bass

This replaced a 3 year old Vizio sound bar that had a lot of bass. This Samsung at its highest setting of 6 has almost no bass. I also cannot defete the auto shutoff and it will not automatically turn on when I turn on the Samsung smart tv. Another controller to keep out. Wish I could send it back and get a newer Vizio.
