  The laptop (Dell Precision 5560) was received professionally packed and in excellent condition, even better as noted in the eBay description. Seller was extremely responsive to an issue I had with the trackpad, which I was able to fix on my own by downloading a trackpad specific firmware update from Dell's website. Overall, fantastic experience with this seller.

  I appreciated the great packing, which was needed given outer box was damaged. This kept computer in inner box safe. Item arrived in excellent condition as described. I've only had the computer up and running for under an hour, but very pleased so far and don't anticipate any issues. Computer even came with extra fan assemblies inside I wasn't expecting.

  Dell 5820 arrived perfectly packaged. Upon delivery I opened the case and found it to be immaculate like it just left the factory. Operates perfectly and came with a new mouse, keyboard, and DP cable. I highly recommend this seller.
