it came in a box and not a case but all parts were there. also the total weight of bar, clamps, and plates will equal up to 20.2lbs i weighed it because the plates is 2.5lbs and 6lbs so 6=+6=12+2.5+2.5=5 so 12+5=17 lsbs the other 3 lbs is bar plus the 2 clamps.

This is the best book to strengthen everyone's relationship, provided the significant other actually likes you enough, cares about you enough, and wants you enough, to want to actually do the activities in the book to strengthen that relationship everyday.
